This 7 week session will focus on getting better movement within the shoulder girdle and seeing how this can spill over to other activities of the season such as fall raking, golf, and cross country skiing.

Instructor Pam Baker has been teaching yoga since December 2008. She has attended trainings with NEDITA, Functional Synergy, and Sun and Moon Yoga. Pam desires her students to be able to do yoga in a way that is good for their own body and she wants them to enjoy their own practice.
